1. PURCHASE 

When ordering, agreement for the purchase is made once Black Spot Merchandise. confirms the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent when the order is received by Black Spot Merchandise. You have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are sent. Black Spot Merchandise has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been paid by the customer. In order to shop from us, Black Spot Merchandise must be able to determine the customer's home- or work address.

2. PRICES 

At the confirmation order, prices can only be changed by circumstances Black Spot Merchandise control. If the price would change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase for free.

3. SHIPPING 

Domestic standard shipping is 7€. Free shipping in all orders over 100€.

All shipped orders have a tracking number.

​

Collect in Store (Mechelininkatu 4) is available for all the customers in Helsinki region.

4. PAYMENT 

Choose between bank transaction (a high secure direct payment option)and Paypal for payments. Once payment is received you will receive an order confirmation on your email, and thereafter a tracking number to track your order.

5. DELIVERIES 

If a product is sold out before we’ve updated the site, the customer will be notified. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without charge if the item is out of stock. 

​

Posti delivers either to the customers door or at the nearest access point.

​

All shipping information can be found when tracking the package.

Finland: 1-5 business days.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS 

Occasionally, delivery delays occur beyond our control. It may e.g. occur when our shipping partners are unable to meet their delivery obligations to us. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay has accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you if the delivery is delayed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee nor take responsibility for delayed deliveries.

7. TRANSPORT RISK 

Black Spot Merchandise is responsible for transportation to the customer. The customer and transportation company assumes the risk of returning to us.

8. DAMAGED GOODS 

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged. If the product is damaged or improper contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.

9. COMPLAINTS 

If you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email for further instructions. Notify us by email (through contact form) before you send something and don’t forget sending us the invoice no. / receipt. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.

Have in mind that unless something else is stated, our products are original vintage and secondhand and therefore there can be slight differences such as minor rips/tears, missing buttons & or slight color variations.

We do not sell items with major defects unless stated on individual products.

10. REFUNDS

Refunds are made to the original payment method used when placing the order. The refund is made as soon as possible from that time that we have received and accepted your return. However, always within 14 days.

We charge a €20 fee for packages that are not picked up and has been shipped back to us. The €20 are deducted from the refund.

11. RIGHTS 

We reserve the right for changes in prices caused by typos or other errors that are beyond our control.

12. Protection of personal data (GDPR)

In connection with the registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored on you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail). We also declare that we will not sell or transfer any personal information.

Storage periods reflect the time reasonably necessary for our legitimate interests for example for claims handling, internal reporting, marketing and reconciliation purposes.

Due to accounting legislation we are also required to store all material relating to our transactions for the period as defined by the law.

We will store Analytics Data relating to the Services 36 months.

If BSM is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we may transfer personal data to the third party involved. However, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of all personal data. Right to deletion

You may ask us to delete your personal data. We will comply with your request unless we have a legitimate ground to not delete the data. Such ground may be for example an obligation to keep certain data due to accounting legislation or a requirement to store order information to verify your product warranty.

Right to object and right to restrict

You have a right to resist the processing of your personal data or profiling, if your data is being processed for direct marketing. You have a right to demand the limitation of your personal data among other things when the data concerning you is not true. In addition in certain special situations you have a right to resist the processing of your personal data on the grounds of a personal special situation.
